Steering Switch Case 19S

This is a case kit that allows you to operate the function switches on the original steering wheel when replacing it with an aftermarket steering wheel.

We developed this for the GR Yaris based on our past design knowledge for other vehicle models.
Rocker paddle switches have been adopted for some of the switches to optimize the switch layout.
This makes it possible to accommodate a wide range of steering wheels.
19S is a product for vehicles with a preventive safety package.

[About the boss and Rapfix 2]
The steering switch case (hereinafter referred to as SSC ) is compatible with Works Bell Boss and Rapfix 2.
The possible installation order is as follows:

Pattern 1
Body → Boss → SSC → SW
Pattern 2
Body → Short boss → RAPFIXⅡ → SSC → SW
Pattern 3
Body → Short boss → SSC → RAPFIXⅡ → SW

*For pattern 2, a 13-pole insulator flipper is required.
*For pattern 3, a 15mm spacer is required between the short boss and SSC.

[About the 13-pole insulator]
When fixing Raffix 2 with Pattern 2, it is necessary to replace the 4-pole insulator at the Raffix detachable part with a pre-wired 13-pole insulator .
The 13-pole insulators normally sold are not wired, so please purchase the pre-wired 13-pole insulators sold in our store.

[About CVT vehicles]
In the case of CVT vehicles, replacing the steering wheel will make the paddle shifters unusable.
Please purchase our original paddle unit separately or Works Bell's Paddle Shifter NEO.

About GTC
When installing with the Works Bell RAPFIX GTC, the SSC and roll connector connections must be routed outside the product in order to install.
If you select GTC when ordering, additional accessories will be added.

[Installation]
Installation is also possible in our shop.
In this case, you will need to purchase or bring in the Raffix parts (Raffix, vehicle-specific short boss, flipper, 13-pin insulator) or steering boss from our shop.
If you would like us to install it for you, please select and purchase the pre-processed 13-pole insulator.
If you bring in an unprocessed 13-pole insulator, we cannot perform the work on the day.
